Our guest moderator will be Rick Afable, M.D., M.P.H., President & C.E.O. of Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian. He will moderate informative and insightful discussions by panel members which include prominent O.C. executives managing public and private providers of health care services, senior human resources and public policy executives. Host-A-Student Program

Advisers in the investment industry are inspiring role models to finance students. The CFAOCF, in an effort to continue to promote education and professionalism has launched the “Host-A-Student” program. Wealth Management Network will be hosting a 2-hour meeting in our suite with a group of students and a faculty advisor from a participating local university. WMN will describe the services we provide to our clients, our investment philosophy and be available for a Q&A session. WMN believes by doing this we can give back to the Society and the Community.

This year’s program is titled, “The Princess & the Prius.” This hilarious musical production features 100 of Orange County’s prominent business, civic, and society leaders singing and dancing to raise funds for CHOC Children’s. Over the past eleven years, the CHOC Follies has earned a reputation as one of Orange County’s most original and successful charity events and has netted nearly $4 million for Children’s Hospital of Orange County and CHOC at Mission.

TOSHIBA SENIOR CLASSIC COMMUNITY BREAKFAST

Wealth Management Network will again attend the Toshiba Senior Classic Community Breakfast. Lee Trevino will be this year’s special guest at the annual Breakfast.
The Toshiba Classic is the charitable leader on the Champions Tour. It has been under Hoag management for 11 successful years. The Toshiba Classic has raised more than $11 million for more than 45 different charities – the most on the entire Champions Tour. Those funds have made a significant impact on the local community. The primary beneficiary of the tournament is Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, a nationally acclaimed hospital that brings world-class healthcare to the community. The tournament also sponsors the Toshiba Classic Scholarship Fund, which has donated over $137,000 in scholarships and 74 Toshiba laptop computers over seven years to some of Orange County’s high school elite.
