WMN’s 610 building lobby-level conference room, Newport Beach, CA
Wealth Management got and early start to summer fun by hosting Paul McCulley, PIMCO’s chief economist and Fed guru, at our June Wealth Management Forum. Approximately 70 clients, friends, family and other professional “center of influence” packed the lobby-level conference center in our building to hear Mr. McCulley tell us what has happened, and what is likely to happen, on the global financial stage. “Too much of the wrong kind of debt” and “The rise of emerging economies and fall of developed economies” are two phrases that summarize PIMCO’s and Paul’s perception of reality. While not predicting an apocalyptic crisis, Mr. McCulley did opine that “What took years to create will not be cured in a matter of months!” Suffice it to say, it was a most informative hour.

Blue Lantern Inn, Dana Point, CA
Annually, the entire WMN team takes one day to focus on the business of Wealth Management Network. At this advance, we analyze the past year and prepare goals for the upcoming year. It is an opportunity to discuss the successes we had as well as areas that we could improve upon to make the investment process the best experience for our clients. We also use the annual advance for team-building exercises often facilitated by a third-party and always walk away knowing each other better and enthused about the opportunities in the new year.
